Parenting Styles

The school psychologist, Branka Mitrović Josipović, gave a lecture on "Parenting Styles and Their Impact on Child Development" to a group of interested parents of lower grade students. The lecture was held on May 22, 2024, as part of the celebration of the International Day of Families.

During the lecture, parents had the opportunity to learn about different parenting styles, their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the impact of the preferred parenting style on the child's development and growth. Following the lecture, there was an interesting discussion on the challenges and uncertainties in parenting that concern parents.
