At the end of May and the beginning of June 2024, students of classes V/2 and V/4, guided by geography teacher Snežana Trnavac, worked on research tasks as part of the project-based learning - "Plant and Animal Life on Earth". Using encyclopedias and the internet, students researched natural zones on Earth: rainforests, savannas, steppes, deserts, coniferous forests, tundras, and polar regions. Based on the collected information and photographs, they created presentations and models in pairs, and then presented their work to the class.
During the research work, students integrated their knowledge of biology, geography, computer science, technology, and art. In this way, they combined their knowledge and skills into a comprehensive system, elevating their overall engagement to a higher level.
